Britany has an extensive background in teaching, yoga, wellness coaching, corporate wellness programs, stress management, nutrition, group fitness, and personal training. For the past 11 years she has had the privilege of teaching yoga, mediation and personal training in the gym, studio, spa, retirement community, schools, and corporate settings.
